DOES QOPPEL HAVE A SHOP?
Currently, Qoppel only has an online shop.
SHIPMENT
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours on working days. Within the Netherlands, it is usually delivered the next day. Please take into account a delivery time of 2-4 working days.
DO YOU ALSO SHIP OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS?
Yes, we do. Qoppel ships worldwide.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU WORK WITH?
We work with Post NL.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and a track and trace code.
RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You have 60 days to return your order after receiving it. We only accept returns that are undamaged and in their original packaging.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Send your order together with the return form to the address below. You can request your return simply by mailing to: info@qoppel.com.
We aim to process returns within 14 days of receipt.
WHEN WILL THE MONEY BE IN MY ACCOUNT?
We aim to transfer the money within 14 days after receipt of the return. With Dutch banks, the money is usually on your account immediately. With international banks, it may take 1-2 working days.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN MY ORDER?
The shipping costs of your return are within the Netherlands € 7.95 (Post NL). Shipping costs outside the Netherlands may vary. We advise you to ask your local shipping service for prices.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
All our products come with a 2-year guarantee. In case of a damaged product, please contact our customer service. Do not forget to take a picture of the damage.
